The mission is growing, and we are officially moving from a home-based pilot into a professional Distributed Campus. Think of it as a neighborhood-wide network of whimsical “Nodes” working together to turn simple resources into life-saving pet treats and healthy habitats.
The Goal: We are starting with this decentralized model to get our community’s hands in the dirt and grow our roots from the ground up. By hosting a “Node” now, you aren’t just giving us a spot for a greenhouse; you are helping us build the momentum needed to eventually unite all these operations into one flagship home.
I. The Bramble Buffet: The Bloom Zone (The Greenhouse)
We aren’t looking to till your soil or dig up your prize-winning peonies; we bring the environment with us!
- The Ground Footprint: We need a level, 10×12 or 12×20 area of grass, gravel, or dirt with clear southern exposure for that sweet, sweet sunlight.
- The Hard-Siding Spot: Do you have an old concrete pad, a gravel pull-off, or a sturdy wooden deck in a remote corner? These are the perfect foundations for our modular greenhouse structures.
II. The Bramble Buffet: The Breakdown Zone (The Compost & Bug Bar)
Our helpful insects and composting systems are the “Soil Lab” of our engine. They need a little protection from the rain, but they don’t need a fancy finished room.
- The Outbuilding Corner: An unused corner of a barn, a machine shed, or a detached garage is a dream come true for our Soil-to-Sweets Society.
- The Weather-Shield Spot: A simple three-sided lean-to or a covered overhang area that stays dry is perfect. We just ask that it’s tucked away from your primary social zones and patios so we can work our magic in peace.
III. The Morsel Menagerie (The Bakery & Dehydration Station)
This is the clean, quiet “heart” of our snack production where we refine our botanical harvests into high-level nutrition.
- The Utility Workshop: A small, powered space with a workbench is ideal for our dehydration and stabilization equipment.
- The Remote “Pod”: A finished corner in an outbuilding or a dry, secure room in a detached structure that stays at a consistent temperature is exactly what our bakers need.
