Welcome to the Paws, Claws, and Talons Foundation. By using our website, receiving our supplies, or working with our teams, you agree to follow these basic rules. Please read them over carefully before getting started with us.
II. Who Can Participate
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal ability to agree to these terms, to participate in our programs. By joining us, you confirm that you are a verified member of our community.
III. Ownership of Materials
All of the content, designs, research, logos, and materials provided by the foundation belong to us and are protected by law. This includes our specific team titles, names, and organizational setups. You cannot copy, change, or share these materials without written permission from our leadership team.
IV. Rules for Participation
We expect everyone to use our resources safely and legally. When working with us, you agree to follow these rules:
- Respect all physical property and digital systems belonging to the foundation.
- Do not try to disrupt, hack, or damage any of our operations or website features.
- Follow our “No-Resale” rule, meaning any supplies, food, or items we give you are for community help and cannot be sold for profit.
V. Your Submissions and Feedback
If you share photos, feedback, ideas, or data with our team, you give the foundation permission to use that information to help further our mission. You must ensure that anything you send us is yours to share and doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.
VI. Donations and Resource Sharing
- All monetary donations go directly toward supporting our mission and cannot be refunded.
- The distribution of pet food, supplies, and refurbished equipment is handled entirely at the discretion of our team.
- We reserve the right to prioritize who gets supplies first based on the immediate needs of the animals and families we serve.
VII. Responsibility and Liability
The foundation is not responsible for any indirect problems or damages that happen from using our supplies or website. We also cannot promise that our website will always be online, as we occasionally need to take it down for regular updates and maintenance.
VIII. Privacy and Data
Your use of our website and services is also covered by our Privacy Policy. We are dedicated to keeping your personal information safe and secure in our records.
IX. Ending Your Participation
We have the right to stop providing supplies or digital access to anyone who breaks these rules. If we have to stop working with you, we still hold the right to protect our animals, staff, and property from harm.
X. Legal Agreement
These rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. Any official legal disagreements will be handled through the court system in Minnesota.

We may update these terms from time to time as our foundation grows. If you keep using our website or receiving help from us after we post updates, it means you agree to the new rules.
