Secretary and Treasurer | Lead of Institutional Governance & Structural Master
Strategic Regulator • Structural Infrastructure Specialist • Financial Guardian

If you are looking for the “By-the-Book” guy who also carries a heavy-duty welding mask, you’ve found him. While the rest of the team is busy in the gardens or the labs, he manages the institutional structure and the physical framework that keeps the Biological Engine humming. As our Secretary and Treasurer, he handles the paperwork, the budget, and the official filings that keep the Paws Claws and Talons Foundation running smoothly and legally sound.

But beyond the desk, he is the foundation’s master welder and fabrication specialist. He is the one who fuses the sturdy walls of our mission together—literally and figuratively. He designs and maintains the structural systems that protect our incubators, our fabrication labs, and our climate-controlled environments, ensuring everything is built to last.

His role is to provide the rock-solid stability and the physical strength that allows our Lead Engineers and Chaos Wranglers to innovate. He believes that a successful mission requires professional-grade precision—whether he’s balancing a ledger or laying down a perfect bead on a steel frame. Outside of the foundation, he is a devoted husband and father who brings that same ā€œbig pictureā€ energy to everything he touches. Whether he’s drafting a new institutional protocol or ensuring our infrastructure is safe and efficient, his goal is to make sure the foundation remains a permanent, powerful pillar of the Hastings community.
