I. Institutional Commitment to Data Integrity Paws, Claws, and Talons (the “Foundation”) is committed to the secure stewardship of all data provided by our donors, specialists, and community partners. This protocol outlines how we manage and protect the information assets required to maintain the Foundation’s operations and mission expansion.

II. Information Asset Acquisition We collect specific data points to ensure the efficient synchronization of the Engine:

  • Personnel Data: Names, contact credentials, and physical addresses voluntarily provided for the purpose of volunteer tier placement or resource allocation.
  • Contribution Data: For the processing of capital support, we collect contact information for institutional record-keeping and tax documentation. Note: The Foundation does not store raw financial data or credit card numbers; all material synthesis of payments is handled through secure, third-party encrypted processors.
  • Analytical Data: Non-identifiable metrics regarding the performance of our digital framework are monitored to optimize the navigation and efficiency of the Engine.

III. Functional Application of Data Information is utilized strictly within the operational scope of the Foundation’s mission, specifically for:

  • The issuance of formal tax documentation and contribution tracking.
  • The synchronization of Skilled Stewardship schedules and institutional events.
  • The logistical coordination of botanical and nutritional yields to those in need.
  • The dissemination of technical updates and mission reports from our Archivists.

IV. Security of the Collective The Foundation does not sell, trade, or rent personal information assets to external entities. Access to data is restricted to:

  • Authorized Stewards: Trusted third-party service providers required to maintain our digital framework, bound by strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Legal Mandates: Disclosure only when required by law to protect the structural integrity and safety of the Foundation and its members.

V. Structural Security & Stewardship We implement high-level security measures to ensure the preservation of our digital assets. While no framework is entirely immune to external interference, the Lead Steward of Institutional Infrastructure continuously monitors our protocols to mitigate risk and maintain data safety.

VI. Rights of the Individual Participants within the Engine retain the right to review, rectify, or request the deletion of their information from our institutional archives at any time. To adjust your status within our database, please contact our Digital Strategists directly.
