By accessing our digital framework, utilizing our biological yields, or engaging with our Skilled Stewardships, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Institutional Terms. We invite you to review these protocols carefully before engaging with the Engineās resources.

III. Intellectual Property & Foundation Assets All content, architectural designs, botanical research from Sector G, logos, and technical materials provided by the Foundation are protected by international intellectual property laws.
- The “Biological Engine” and its associated Guild titles are the proprietary framework of the Foundation.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these assets without the express written consent of the Chief Architect.
IV. Protocols for Use Engagement with the Foundation is permitted for lawful, mission-aligned purposes only. Participants agree to:
- Respect the physical and digital boundaries of our Technical Infrastructure.
- Refrain from any attempt to disrupt, exploit, or compromise our operational systems.
- Abide by the “No-Resale” protocol: Assets and supplies provided by the Foundation are for the direct stabilization of the community and may not be diverted for unauthorized commercial use.
V. Contributions to the Collective If you submit data, feedback, or creative assets (e.g., photography or technical suggestions) to the Archivists, you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize this content to further the mission. You remain responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe on the rights of other biological or technical entities.
VI. Resource Allocation & Capital Support
- All capital contributions (donations) are directed toward the maintenance of the Engine and are final and non-refundable.
- Resource distribution, including biological rations and refurbished equipment, is managed at the discretion of the Nutrient Stewards.
- The Foundation reserves the right to prioritize resource allocation based on the immediate needs of the ecosystem.
VII. Limitation of Liability The Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the engagement with our biological or technical yields. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our digital framework, as maintenance by our Digital Strategists is required to ensure long-term stability.
VIII. Data Preservation Engagement with our protocols is also governed by our Data Preservation & Information Security Protocol. We are committed to safeguarding your information within our institutional archives.
IX. Termination of Engagement The Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to resources if a participant violates these Terms. Such termination does not waive our right to seek remedies for breaches that compromise the safety of our animals, staff, or infrastructure.
X. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved within the judicial framework located in Minnesota.
XI. Protocol Evolution The Foundation may update these Terms at any time to reflect the evolution of our mission. Continued engagement with the Engine after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised protocols.
